Groove Cards are the perfect way to engage with teams ranging in size from 4-200. Each deck of Groove Cards includes 48 question cards across four categories. Categories include Self-Awareness, Teamwork, Connection and Vulnerability. The backside of each card has a yoga pose. There are 12 unique poses that are repeated across the four categories. Strike the pose on your card and find another participant with the same pose. Then read your question card and ask them to answer.

There are several variations on game play. The Groove Cards are a great icebreaker activity, a new team assimilation activity, a virtual meeting connection game or a tool for breaking people into teams.
