REACH QUOTIENT

Insights for Leaders

The REACH Quotient is a contemporary psychometric assessment tool built for our technology enabled economy. The assessment tool provides powerful insights that can improve leadership effectiveness.

What is the REACH Quotient?

The REACH Quotient is a 95-item survey, based on a multi-dimensional framework that measures two primary motivational factors and ten supporting behavioral characteristics (referred to as dimensions). The primary factors, Achievement Drive and Relational Drive, are presented on the widely-used 2x2 grid format, describing an individual based on one of four unique personality styles:

  • Consultative Counselor

  • Adaptive Coach

  • Directive Driver

REACH Quotient for Teams

The REACH Quotient Teams report offers a comprehensive view of the team’s styles mapped across all ten dimensions. This is a very helpful tool for facilitation of team building workshops.

The team report shows the preferences of the team as a whole and the preferences of the individuals. The example to the left shows a team’s scores on the Intensity dimension. You can see the team distribution and the balance this team has between being measured and intense.

Comparing the REACH Quotient Profile to DiSC

The REACH Quotient Profile is a much newer instrument than the DiSC.  A number of studies have been conducted by REACH Ecosystem, the publisher showing the correlation of the results between the two instruments.  The REACH Quotient provides a much richer set of reports.  Click the button to the right to view the research report comparing REACH Quotient and DiSC. REACH Test and Retest Reliability and growth of agility

REACH research demonstrates that human traits remain reasonably constant in test-retest research, however, REACH Quotient (agility grown through Skills development and increased awareness) can grow over time.
