Lead Through Uncertainty Like A Viking
The Vikings, while ruthless were very effective. They had clear goals and were execution focused. Part of their success is owed to their set of “Viking Laws”. During our team building workshop we will introduce the “Viking Laws” and discuss ways to apply these principles to your team and your disrupted work environment.
Their simple four laws set the core values for them to live by. Adopting this set of principles to your team can aid in driving individual and team performance. Combining the “Viking Laws” a game of Kubb and a frank conversation about team effectiveness while working remotely can be the perfect elixir for leading through these challenging times.

Groove Management’s Kubb Viking Team Building Offsite
Let us plan a half day or full day team offsite for your team. We can host this event at several area parks that provide pavilions for shaded meetings as well as the space for the Kubb competition. We can arrange all aspects of the event from space selection, catering, provisioning with all supplies to insure a safe, fun and productive event.

Pricing
Our half day session starts at $2,000 for a team of up to 12 participants. Full day rates start at $3,500. Cost is dependent upon group size, agenda selection and catering.
