Igor Gorlatov is not your typical executive coach. With a rich tapestry of international experience, he brings a unique blend of real-world business acumen, academic rigor, and a results-oriented approach to leadership development. Igor's journey began in Minsk, Belarus, where he ran Tanix Group, a digital marketing agency, and served as the Program Director for an international MBA program. His expertise in conflict management and negotiations was honed through a decade of work as an interpreter, engaging with global organizations like the World Bank, the United Nations, and the World Health Organization. Since moving to Charlotte in 2016, Igor has become a pivotal figure in the city’s entrepreneurial landscape while working with Groove Management. He spearheaded the team mentorship program at Innovate Charlotte for nearly four years and co-founded Traction5, a SaaS platform for mentorship now used by startup accelerators, universities, and non-profits. His work with Groove Management clients includes prominent Charlotte organizations like CRVA, Accrue Partners, and Camp North End. Additionally, he has provided executive coaching to leaders in roles such as SVP of Product, VP of Field Engineering, and has conducted group coaching for a team of engineering leaders, making a significant impact on both local and global businesses.
