Groove Management Welcomes Adam Cannavo To The Team

Groove Management is excited to announced that seasoned human resources professional, Adam Cannavo has joined the Groove Management team as a Senior Consultant. Adam brings a wealth of HR experience to Groove Management’s thriving human capital consulting practice. According to Groove Management’s CEO, Brian Formato “Adam is a perfect fit for our consulting practice. He brings a business mind, curiosity and a life long learner mindset to our organization. Adam is passionate about learning about different businesses and then bringing his human capital expertise to unlock untapped potential.”

Before joining Groove Management, Adam was the Director of HR for Gray Television where he oversaw the HR function for their HR stations. Having played important HR roles at GATX American Steamship Company, UTC Aerospace Systems and Sara Lee, Adam’s diverse HR experience coupled with his Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, MILR from Cornell University make him a great addition to the Groove Management team. Adam is an out of the box thinker who will help us to expand out unique team building offerings and to challenge our clients to think and act differently.
