ASSESSMENT TOOLS

Groove Management utilizes a number of assessment tools in our consulting practice.  We use our diagnostic approach to understand the specific needs of each of our clients before determining which if any of our assessment tools would be the best fit. Below is a list of our assessment offerings.

Groove360, Groove Management's 360 Degree Feedback Instrument

The Groove360 is our custom built multi-rater feedback assessment, providing what is commonly referred to as 360-degree feedback. This assessment leverages a specific leadership competency framework in order to provide participants with a comprehensive and reliable review of their leadership effectiveness.

While effectiveness can be evaluated using a number of assessment devices, multi-rater feedback has long been favored in private, public, and military environments for its multifaceted characteristics. The Groove360 includes several unique features that provide richer feedback than traditional 360 instruments.

The Groove360 can be licensed to coaches and organizations. Groove Management uses the tool for executive coaching and leadership development programs.
